Grade 5

M.A.(History), B.Ed, OCT Certified, Spec Ed-Part 1, ESL-Part 1.; Bombay University

From a very young age I wanted to be a teacher. After accepting Christ as my Saviour, I realized that teaching is my true calling and the passion to teach has only grown since. It gives me tremendous joy to weave in the gospel, with all areas of learning. This is a precious opportunity to point Jesus to the young lives placed in my care.

My sincere hope and prayer as a Christian educator is to mentor, nurture and guide young lives to live a meaningful, contributive life for the Glory of God and for the common good. It is also my goal to enable students to develop holistically in all areas of their personality; Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, Social and Physical.

My prayer as an educator is to be used by Jesus as an effective instrument for my students to understand and live out Romans 12:2.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2.
